What Basira is

Basira is a Windows desktop application, published by Saad Hasson (contact: contact@x13labs.com), that a social media manager uses to read the performance of the accounts he manages for his clients, publish posts to them, and prepare and create advertising campaigns for them. It runs on the user's computer, with no Basira account; the only Basira server is the linking relay described in the Privacy Policy, which forwards token requests and stores nothing.

Who may connect an account

An account is connected only by its owner, or by a person the platform itself authorizes to grant access, through the platform's official authorization screen. By connecting an account you confirm that you have that right, and that you are allowed to publish and advertise on it when you use those features.

Your approval, your responsibility

• Basira publishes a post or creates a campaign only after you approve that specific post or campaign. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's content and advertising policies.
• Advertising spend is charged by the platform to the payment method of the ad account, not by Basira. Basira refuses campaigns above the spending limit you set, but the platform's own billing is authoritative.
• Texts written by Basira's analyst are suggestions: review them before approving.

Platform terms

Use of each platform through Basira is also subject to that platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Advertising Standards, the Google Ads policies and the TikTok Developer Terms.

Ending access

You can revoke Basira's access at any time from the platform's own settings, or ask by email for your data to be deleted. Authorized data is deleted within 7 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Basira is provided "as is". It shows statistics as returned by the platforms, with their source and time of reading, and does not guarantee account growth, campaign results or uninterrupted platform access. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for losses arising from its use.

Changes to these terms are published on this page with a new date.
